I am a retired police office who became a lawyer in 1992. I worked for several large insurance companies. After several years, I became frustrated and upset with the way insurance companies treated the victims of accidents. I found that there was no such thing as reasonable compensation for the injured. Insurance companies refuse to be held accountable for their actions. In fact almost all insurance companies in California use a computer program that determines what the settlement should be. There is little human decision making when it comes to compensating injured people. The insurance companies believe in only one thing, paying out as little money as possible. They don’t care and they betray most people who have been injured. They don’t care that the injuries leave people in pain for the rest of their lives or those families are left destitute by the death of their loved ones.
I started my firm and decided that I would do what other law firms don’t do. My motto is, “We give results and not excuses,” I am not intimidated by insurance companies forcing victims into court. I fought for victims rights when I was a police officer and I continue to do that now.
